- How is this different from pasting questions into a general AI tool?
- A general tool writes a plausible answer from nothing in particular. Inteleto retrieves the passages from your own approved answers and policy documents first, writes only from those, and puts a citation on each claim. If the corpus does not cover a question, it says so and flags the gap rather than inventing something.
- What stops it claiming a certification we do not hold?
- Answers are written only from retrieved passages, and each factual sentence is checked back against the passage it cites before anyone sees it. An answer that cannot be attributed is marked for review instead of being sent. A hallucinated line in an email is embarrassing; a hallucinated row in a compliance matrix loses the bid.
- Do we have to answer the same questions again every time?
- No. Approving an answer adds it to your answer library, and later questionnaires retrieve from it. Reuse compounds: the more questionnaires you complete, the more of the next one is already answered and waiting for review.
